1. discount-website-design.co.uk prices are as advertised. A £25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is payable when ordering your site. However, you are under no obligation to pay the remaining balance if you decide not to proceed with the rest of the site i.e. before the website is complete. Once the website is complete, then the remaining balance will be due.
2. discount-website-design.co.uk cannot and DO NOT guarantee indexing (inclusion) or high ranking for any website (submitted by us) on any Search Engine. Neither can we guarantee that any of our directory submission packages will increase your website's traffic or overall performance on any search engine (at any time).
3. All discount-website-design.co.uk websites carry the message in small characters at the base of the screen "discount website design" with a corresponding hyperlink to our website.
4. Any requests for changes to your site after live approval (by you) where all snagging issues have been mutually resolved will incur a £5 admin charge (per change). Larger changes requiring additional pages are charged the rate of 10 per page (excluding admin charge). However, minor amendments such as change of address or telephone number incur no charge (at any time).
5. Updates or amendments (changes) to your website must be carried out by discount-website-design.co.uk as we do not provide content management systems (which allow you to update your website yourself) - please see point 4 (above) for amendment cost(s) details.
6. If you feel that you site will require regular (monthly) updates then a maintenance contract must be taken out with us to maintain your site.
7. All our sites require you to submit your own text (copy) for inclusion on your new website. All text should be divided into sections relevant to your page names and submitted by you in Word format or an equivalent (electronic) format. Any photos logos or graphics you wish to include should be submitted by you in either Jpeg or a similar format... either by post (on a cd or floppy disk) or by e-mail as an attachment.
8. A website "page" is generally intended to mean a page of content of approximately A4 in size. Individual pages with more than A4 sized content may be charged at the additional page rate of £10 (per A4 sized page of content).
9. discount-website-design.co.uk websites are built from the ground up... and may be constructed using certain pre-made or stock elements. Examples of pre-made or stock elements used are (but are not limited to): stock flash, stock headers, stock images and stock intros.
10. All discount-website-design.co.uk websites are optimised for viewing on the most commonly used viewing platform, that is, on computers running Internet Explorer 6 (or above) with a screen resolution of 1024x768 (or above). I can offer no guarantees of correct function across all browser platforms.
11. Late or non payment of any services provided by discount-website-design such as SEO services, can result in your site being taken offline until these overdue payments have been made. Failiure to make these payments will result in the website in question reverting to our ownership.
12. A £20 transfer fee is applicable for the transfer of any domain away from discount-website-design.co.uk
13. To process your order we require payment of your £25 (NON REFUNDABLE) deposit via cheque, bank transfer or paypl,. Your balance is payable upon completion when your site has been viewed & approved (by you) via our live Demo Server and when you are completely satisfied. discount-website-design regrets that once full payment has been received NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN.

15. To cancel our Search Engine Optimisation, all we require is 30 days notice either via email, phone call or letter.
